Dr. Pei-Chun (Terri) Yu

Dr. Pei-Chun Yu is an assistant professor at Minghsin University of Science and Technology (MUST) in Taiwan, where she teaches English writing and other ESP courses related to English language teaching. She studied TESOL at the University of Warwick (Applied Linguistics) and holds Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instructions at the University of Taipei where she rewarded one-year grant as an exchange scholar in the University of Western Sydney University in 2017 to 2018. She has been working extensively and academically in both English and Mandarin language center and actively involved in research related to bilingual education in English and Mandarin and how second or foreign language learners are engaged in language learning in the university context. She is also interested in constructions of learning anxiety, tolerance of ambiguity, learning process, and learning strategies that are built upon positive and supportive environment.
